I give my permission to allow Youth Tech to use the work that is created by my student at the camp in print and electronic media to promote their camp. I give my permission to allow Youth Tech to use photos taken of my student during camp in print and electronic media to promote their camp. I, acknowledge and agree that neither Youth Tech nor any employee of the camp nor any other person, party, organization or agency assisting and collaborating with the camp is or shall be responsible or liable for any injury, loss, damage, deviation, delay or curtailment or the consequences of any of them which may occur without negligence on the part of the camp or its' employees and agents during any part of camp. I understand that Youth Tech Inc. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is deemed to be a danger to campers, staff and equipment. Students who are refused by the camp will not receive a refund of their tuition You will receive a confirmation e-mail from the camp.
